Cuba - Province of Villa Clara - Santa Clara

Santa Clara is the city of the Che. It is 60 km North-East of Cienfuegos. There is a restaurant called La Concha where we had a pizza for 2.95 cuc. Don't miss the Che Guevara's monument right next to the Memorial and a Museum. On the other side of the city, there is the Tren Blindado exposition (Armore-plated train). This train was derailed by Che Guevara and his troop during the Cuban Revolution in the 60's. From the top of the Cerro Capiro, a hill in the city, you can have a nice view of the city and the surrounding area.
